Description	Three scenes designed to fit over architectural arches. First scene: A mission is in the background, a farmer is plowing behind oxen, a monk is chiseling stone in the foreground. Second scene (Panel 7): Seven figures are in front of a long low adobe building. A description is typed on a paper label glued inside the third arch. Third Scene (Panel 8): Two men facing a uniformed officer reading a proclamation, two adobe buildings and a soldier are in the background. A description is typed on a paper label glued inside the third arch.
Notes	Recto: [written] 4 [typed] Panel 7. (1730), Colonization by Marquis de Aguayo and Canary Islanders. Villa San Fernando and Governor's Palace in background. Panel 8. (1820), Moses Austin and Baron de Bastrop secure colonization grants from Governor in San Antonio.
