Description	The estates shown include Casa Helena (center) and El Retiro (right). Casa Helena, originally a beach house owned by Arthur Hudson Marks who owned the adjacent estate El Retiro, was located at what is today a vacant parcel at 1900 S. Ocean Blvd. El Retiro was located at what is today 1860-1880 S. Ocean Blvd. El Retiro was demolished by Albert Worswick ca. 1936 to build Lake Ridge, designed by Treanor & Fatio. This estate is now the 4-acre estate of Willis du Pont known as 1860 S. Ocean Blvd. Source: Augustus Mayhew, Palm Beach architectural historian.
