Description	This photograph shows the Gulf Stream Golf Club, which is situated next to the Ocean Boulevard between the towns of Gulf Stream and Delray Beach. The golf course was designed by Donald J. Ross and the club house by Addison Mitzer. Soon after the club opened in 1924, John S. Phipps established a polo club nearby, and Gulf Stream became the winter polo capital.
