Designed by Marion Sims Wyeth and completed in 1928, the winter home of stockbroker James N. Wallace (ca. 1893-) and his wife, socialite Rachel Dierks Wallace (ca. 1896-), was located at 1755 North Ocean Boulevard in Gulf Stream (Delray Beach), Florida.
