issued

Preference
Order
M-91
To
Conserve
the
Supply
and
Direct
the
Distribution
of
Cotton
Duck
. The
effect
of this
order
is
to
earmark
all
production
of
cotton
duck
15
inches
to
87
inches
inclusive
, and in
weights
7
3/4
ounces
to
29
inches
, to
30
ounces
to the
square
yard
,
both
inclusive
, and the
use
of
such
cotton
duck
for:
1)
the
armed
services
, and;
2)
the
civilian
industries
requiring
cotton
duck
for the
manufacture
or
processing
of
articles
of
essential
civilian
uses
,
most
of
which
are
vital
to the
defense
program.-p
