Summary
In a
democracy
,
ideas
,
principles
, and
convictions
should
arise
from the

.
People

know
why
they are
fighting
. They should have an
enthusiasm
based
on their

.
Therefore
, in
addition
to
all
the
media
of
communication
which
are
now
serving
the
nation
,
I
welcome
and
intend
to
cooperate
fully

to
establish
an
army
of

country
. The
resources
