Summary	Though Great Britain and the United States differ in such fundamental matters as size and political structure, subjection to bombing and imminence of invasion, there remains close similarity between the two countries in the seriousness of labor shortage, the necessity to resort to inexperienced woman labor, and the difficulties of migration, training, absorption, and maintenance of morale. For this reason the experience of the older country has been, and must continue to be, of the greatest usefulness to the United States.--iii.
