John Oliver Willyams was Thomas Haweis' cousin. He was Lt. Col. of Militia and later J.P. for Cornwall. In 1772 he married Charlotte, fourth daughter of Chauncy Townsend, M.P., and thus also became Haweis' brother-in-law. |
