Plain Text Transcription	From Oliver Heywood to Ralph Thorsby in Leeds, Yorkshire. He heard from friend(?) Baxter that a leaf was missing from Dr Sampson’s book –Heywood knows nothing about this. He has enquired from friend(?) Priestley to whom he lent it, and of his [Priestley’s] father, and of brother(?) Hatch. They recall that there was a leaf loose but think that none was lost in their hands. Heywood is currently busy with ‘some late lives of ministers in Yorkshire and Lancashire but am hindered by other occasions but [will] try within this fortnight or three weeks to send them. I want some help about Mr [unreadable name]. He was minister [unreadable word] he died.’ Abraham Sharp has had his brother’s book - ‘memories to transcribe 2 months [unreadable two words].’
