When shall we have an opportunity of sending an answer to Mr Robinson’s kind letter from Ga? He says nothing of the increase of his family; or when G. Whitefield is expected. Peace be with you! Farewell Sat. Night Ch[esterfield] street [In Sally Wesley’s hand:] I desire Mrs Hands may be reminded to get me (i.e. my cat) a canary bird. Excuse the freedom. [Dated February 22, 1755, from Lloyd’s endorsement on the letter.] |
