[This letter has no number] [Although this letter was signed by Lady Huntingdon, William Taylor and John Wollaston, it is not in the handwriting of any of them.] [Address panel:] To Mr Cockayne Attorney at Law Lyons Inn Sir Not having that confidence in the Revd Mr Stumphousen, the Minister of Thame Chapel, which we would always wish to retain as to every minister of the Gospel; and the chapel being so small (notwithstanding so much has been laid out upon it) as not to be sufficient to maintain the minister, without unequal & heavy contributions on the people; joined with the consideration of the Gospel being so faithfully and clearly preached, not very far from Thame, by the Revd Mr Broadbelt; we inform you that it is our intention to withdraw from the Trust of Thame Chapel; & that we are ready to assign our interest in it, to any three other Trustees, that the remaining Trustees shall think proper to appoint.
