Description |
In this letter, Chief of the Bureau of Equipment and Recruiting George Dewey congratulates George Converse for the excellent report issued by the Electric Welding board about the desirable and adaptable process in use by the Thomson Electric Welding Co. for welding metals for use on vessels of the Navy. |
